Growing up in the mountains taught me the importance of consistent exercise. As a kid, I was introduced to mountain biking, skiing, running, and many more sports. After an injury, I discovered the power of weight training and HIIT workouts to heal and strengthen the body.
I have always strived to make the best nutrition decisions possible. This has led me to try diets go vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, keto, and low-carb. Now, I have found a balance between these diets that works for my body.
I love sharing my passion for fitness and nutrition with the world through Yoga classes, blog posts, YouTube videos, and one-on-one personal training sessions with clients.
I am motivated to help others achieve holistic lifestyle balance first by gaining health and confidence in their bodies and then tapping into the power of the mind to realize their inner truth.
