About Me

Hi, I'm Aleese Holiday. 

Growing up in the mountains taught me the importance of consistent exercise. As a kid, I was introduced to mountain biking, skiing, running, and many more sports. After an injury, I discovered the power of weight training and HIIT workouts to heal and strengthen the body. 

I have always strived to make the best nutrition decisions possible. This has led me to try diets such as vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, keto, and low-carb. Now, I have found a balance between these diets that works for my body. 

I love sharing my passion for fitness and nutrition with the world through concise and inspiring blog posts and one-on-one personal training sessions with clients. 

When I'm not researching the latest fitness and nutrition news, I spend my time enjoying the outdoors, drinking coffee, and meditating.
