It will give you a small sense of pride, and it will encourage you to do another task, and another, and another.”




3. Walk or run

Adding a little bit of exercise will keep you fit, help you sleep better, and make you happier. If you can walk, run, or bike in a natural area, the benefits are even greater. Humans are part of nature, so getting out in nature every day keeps your soul satisfied and your mind content. When you exercise, endorphins are released into your brain, making you happy. Health benefits soar in the first 20 minutes of any workout. Get out and exercise at least 20 minutes a day to be fitter, healthier, and happier.




4. Meditate

f your mind is racing during the day, set aside at least 5-10 minutes to practice meditation. Sitting cross-legged is not required. To meditate, watch your thoughts come and go, observe your breathing, and let go of any problems that need to be solved. Daily life is crowded and hectic. Take time to yourself each day to calm your mind. Meditation will help you prioritize, relax, and be more productive.



5. Be grateful

Say thank you to someone who helps you during the day, and mean it. Give someone a compliment. Tell your friends and family how much you care for them. Giving thanks will spread love into the world, making it a better place.
