Yoga is the cessation of the fluctuation of the mind. My Hatha and Vinyasa classes focus on uniting breath and movement to activate the body and calm the mind.
Yoga is a moving meditation, allowing us to control our breath, relax the mind, and tune into the body.
I focus on linking movement with breath, activating muscles to encourage functional movement, and finding balance throughout the yoga postures.
I teach Hatha and Vinyasa flows in group classes and private sessions.
