Why Movement and Mindset Coaching?

Movement and Mindset Coaching is a powerful tool to dive deeper into who you are, who you want to be, and what your purpose in life is, while relating this to the physical world and the way we interact with it. 

As a Movement and Mindset coach, I provide one-on-one coaching sessions, both online and in person, to help you uncover what matters to you and take meaningful action to make it happen.

As a coach, my job is to deeply listen to what matters to you, reflect on what lights you up, and ask deepening questions to guide you on your journey. 

Together we will explore your physical goals and history so that I can cater a movement plan that works for you, correcting misalignment and cultivating healthy movement patterns for your life!

In mindset sessions, we will explore your core values, your vision for the future, your mission, and plan aligned actions that will propel you in the direction of your dreams. 

This coaching method promotes self-discovery, empowerment, and realistic goal-setting motivated by your intentions.

The VIP Visioning Process:

In the VIP Life Coaching 6-week session, we will explore your Vision, Mission, and Purpose.

Vision - Your Vision is the dream you have of your ideal future. We will discover your specific vision and timeline together.

Mission - Your mission is your longer term vision for the actions and personality traits you hope to embody and achieve. 

Purpose - Your purpose is your life mission, your reason for being alive, and your motivation for the actions in your life. Together we will uncover your life purpose so you can move forward with clarity.
